Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days of receipt and typically sooner. To reduce clothing waste, many of our products are made to order. These products typically ship in 1 - 7 days after order processing.

Domestic Shipping (within the United States)

• Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders above $150 only within the United States. Please note that some bulky items may be excluded from free shipping.

• Standard Shipping 
  

For all orders under $150, shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of the product(s) ordered and will be displayed at checkout.

Our standard shipping method is USPS and orders typically arrive 1-7 business days after shipping. In some cases, expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. 

Some multi-product orders may result in more than one shipment, depending on the location of the products.

International Shipping

At this time, we offer international shipping to only the following countries: Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.  Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of the product(s) ordered and displayed at checkout.

If you are keen on ordering from us, but reside in a country other than the ones we currently ship to, please email us at support@kickitrunning.com and we will look into it.

Refunds & Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Certain types of items cannot be returned.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately at support@kickitrunning.com. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
